After the horrific events of October 7th, Jews and Israelis were tested in unimaginable ways. On that day, our enemies didn’t care if we were Ashkenazi, Mizrahi, Sephardic, or Beta Israel. They didn’t ask if we were left, right, or centrist. To them, we were all the same: we were Jews.

For too long, we’ve fought among ourselves over differences in tradition, skin color, politics, or observance. Yet, we are one tribe—bound by history and a shared destiny. We cannot forget that we are all Israelis at heart, whether or not we’ve filled out the paperwork.
